Q: How is my card produced?
A: We print greeting cards on our Xerox and Oce digital presses, which are both calibrated to international colour standards (ISO 12647).
They are printed on a high quality single sided greeting card board. The card is then trimmed to size, scored and folded.

Q: How can I pay?
A: We can accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Solo, Electron etc.

Q: Are payments over the internet safe?
A: Yes, all payments are handled by SagePay using a secure server. Your card details will be encrypted before they are sent, making online transactions safe.

Q: Which format do my own images need to be in?
A: We accept all the most common formats - JPEG, GIF, BMP, & PNG. We recommend your image (file) has a resolution between 640 x 480 and 1280 x 960 or is sized at least 300kb for the best results. For larger canvas prints, your image resolution should be as high as possible. We cannot accept responsibility for images supplied that are of poor quality.

Q: Why can I not upload my images or create my personalised gift?
A: To enable all functionality when ordering your items please ensure that:
    •   pop ups on your PC are not blocked
    •   javascript or active scripting is enabled (this is enabled by default)

Q: How do I select the start month for my photo calendar?
A: The calendar start month can be selected from the pull down menu, which is situated to the left of the month tabs. Following your feedback, calendars now default to the nearest January.

Q: Why don't the site work on my iPad or iPhone?
A: Unfortunately Apple (iPad/iPhone) does not support the use of Adobe (Flash) products as they drain the batteries of their products too much. To enable personalised previews our site uses Adobe Flash, and therefore you need to you a desktop or laptop pc or mac to create your products.

Q: I recently bought a calendar gift pack on KGB Deals but my voucher code doesn't work. How can I checkout?
A: Unfortunately KGB sent out the wrong link for the November deal, and some people have created A3 calendars instead of the A4 calendars that they bought on the KGB Deals website. Use the contact us page and we will give you a new code so that you can finish the checkout process.

Q: How do I delete photos from my library?
A: Simply go to the Home pull down menu and select Manage Albums.

Q: How long to the items take to arrive?
A: Greeting cards are posted same day if ordered before 3pm. Other products are normally despatched within 48 hours, although this may be slightly longer at busier times of year, like Christmas. Most products are despatched using Royal Mail postage and normally arrive within 1-3 days. Larger products like canvas prints will be sent out by FEDEX on a next day service.
